Growth Intel ("we", "platform") is a B2B predictive CRM and lead management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with services provided at growthintel.net.

2. Data We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and company details
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) OAuth access tokens and ad account IDs
• WhatsApp Business account information (WABA ID, phone number)
• Ad campaign and performance data (read-only)
• Platform usage logs and analytics

3. How We Use Your Data

• Creating and managing your account
• Displaying ad performance and lead data within the platform
• Improving service quality and developing new features
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Third-Party Sharing

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by law, with your explicit consent, or as necessary for service infrastructure. Integrations with Meta Platforms Inc. and WhatsApp Business Platform involve only authorized access and are subject to Meta's own Data Policy.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Upon a deletion request, your data will be removed within 30 days. Statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing.

7. Advertising Platform Integrations and Google User Data

When you connect your Google Ads account, we store an access token and a refresh token under the authorisation you grant through Google OAuth. Tokens are stored encrypted and are used solely for the following purposes:

• Reading campaign, ad group and ad level performance metrics and reporting them in your dashboard
• Sending closed sales from your CRM back to Google Ads as offline conversions, so that bid optimisation targets real revenue rather than form fills
• Creating and updating Google Ads Customer Match audiences from your CRM segments

The platform does not create or modify campaigns, budgets or bids in your Google Ads account. Growth Intel's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: data obtained from Google is never sold, never transferred to advertising networks or data brokers, and is shown only to the authorised users of the customer who connected the account. 8. User Data Deletion

To request deletion of data collected through our Meta or Google integrations, email support@growthintel.net. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days. When you disconnect an ad account from the platform, the access and refresh tokens for that integration are deleted immediately.
