Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Growth Intel is a SaaS platform offering lead management, intent scoring, and ad platform integrations for businesses, operated by the flux360 team in İstanbul, Turkey. By using the platform at growthintel.net, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
  • Each account may only be used by one business entity.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. Subscription & Billing

The service is billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for the remaining period. Features may be restricted when plan limits are reached.

4. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Unauthorized access or exploitation of security vulnerabilities
  • Distributing spam or misleading content
  • Processing third-party data without consent
  • Reverse engineering or copying the platform

5. Integrations

Integrations with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and WhatsApp are subject to those platforms' own terms. Growth Intel is not liable for service interruptions caused by policy changes on those platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, interface design, algorithms, and content belong to Growth Intel. Users retain ownership of data they upload; Growth Intel processes it solely to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Growth Intel makes no guarantee of business outcomes achieved through the platform. Liability is not accepted for service interruptions caused by technical failures, third-party API outages, or force majeure.

8. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
